
| Description1 | Maintenance Card is designed to effectively meet the requirements of extending the warranty period of distribution products. You can extend the warranty period of the device by associating the password of the maintenance card with the corresponding device SNs. |
| Description2 | The Maintenance Card must be activated within 15 months from its generation date (encoded in the first 8 digits of the card number). Unactivated cards will expire automatically after this period. |
| Description3 | For a renewal service using Maintenance Card, the Service Start Date is the day after the end date of warranty or the previous Service. |
| Description4 | Once the Maintenance Card is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged. |
| Description5 | The Maintenance Card is applicable only to the Huawei distribution product. Please see the List of Applicable Device Models for the Maintenance Card. |
| Note1 | The maintenance card that has expired and is not activated will be automatically invalidated and cannot be activated anymore. |
| Note2 | The service end date after the maintenance card is activated cannot exceed the product's End of Service (EOS) date. |
| Note3 | Devices within 3 months post-warranty can activate Maintenance Card, with the service period starting from the first day after warranty expiration.Activation is unavailable beyond this 3-month grace period. |
| Note4 | If your device experiences a malfunction outside the warranty/maintenance card service period, you will need to purchase a one-time spare part service for repair or replacement. Please contact your local Huawei TAC to inquire about purchasing a one-time spare part service. After the device is repaired, you will need to purchase and activate a maintenance card to renew the warranty, ensuring timely service response and handling for your device in the future. |
